ENEX at the Heart of Europe

European Parliament Vice President Mairead McGuinness was among the guests at a Stronger Partnerships seminar designed to help place ENEX bang at the centre of the relationship between EU institutions and the public.

 

Ms McGuinness spoke of the importance of ensuring that the people who elect politicians are able to see that democracy in action.

Middle East Expansion Continues

ENEX’s expansion into the Middle East has gained another huge boost by the signing of Al Ghad Al Arabi. Al Ghad (which means The Channel was officially launched in Egypt in November 2015 although previously Al Ghad had been on the air from its London studios. It is headed by the well-known Egyptian journalist, author and former Head of Egypt’s News Centre, Abdel Latif el-Menawy.

ENEX in Latin America

ENEX’s Latin American partners have met in the Dominican Republic to hear about the latest ENEX innovations. Top of the list was the roll-out of new Streambox technology which allows partners, beyond the Eutelsat footprint, to more easily receive ENEX live content. ENEX has worked with its partners at Streambox and BCE to provide this new solution to its partner group. ENEX expects to provide more than 1600 live transmissions in 2016 as well as over 40,000 video items through its platform.
